In the presence of Dr. Amr Al-Bashbishi, Deputy Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, Major General Muhammad Shawqi Badr, Secretary General of the Governorate, Major General Ihab Attia, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Security of Kafr El-Sheikh, Major General Muhammad Shair, Assistant Secretary-General of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, Brigadier General Mustafa Shawqi, Military Advisor to the Governorate, and Sheikh Moin Younis, Deputy Directorate. The Friday sermon was delivered at the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Desouk by Sheikh Hatem Al-Bari, an imam and preacher in the Kafr El-Sheikh Endowments Directorate, which was titled: And prepare for them whatever force you are able.
