The Minister of Endowments discusses with the Head of Organization and Administration the details of the competitions for imams and workers

Dr. Saleh Al-Sheikh, Head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, received Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, at the agency’s headquarters in the Administrative Capital, where they discussed the status of competitions to fill 3,000 imam jobs and 3,000,000 worker jobs over three years, which the agency began implementing a year ago. 2022, at the rate of two competitions annually.

The two ministers discussed coordination to hold oral exams for applicants who passed the electronic exam for the Job 1000 competition. The position of an imam, teacher, and preacher for the third year, in addition to announcing the date of the examination for applicants for 1,000 worker positions in the ministry during the month of January.

The Minister of Endowments praised the great effort made by the agency in providing a system of competitions that Egyptians can be proud of, It is a system that achieves the lofty, moral and humanitarian principles related to justice, integrity, transparency and equal opportunities among competing applicants for public employment, stressing that The Ministry attaches great importance to selecting the occupants of the positions of imams, teachers, and preachers, because of their vital and important role in shaping religious awareness. It also attaches great importance to the occupants of the positions of workers in mosques because of the great role they play, which is taking care of the houses of God on earth.

For his part, Dr. Saleh Al-Sheikh thanked and appreciated Dr. Osama Al-Azhari for his great keenness to select the most qualified applicants for this important and lofty profession. Therefore, the agency is keen to properly select the most qualified applicants through the competitions system. Central, which he established and fortified against any human tampering.

The Minister of Endowments presented the ministry’s shield to the head of the agency, in appreciation of the support provided by the agency to the ministry.
