The Administrative Capital wins two golds and two silvers from the Livcom Awards for Smart and Sustainable Communities for the year 2024

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company won 4 international awards (two gold and two silver) from the Livcom Awards Foundation for Communities Smart, Sustainable and Livable Year 2024, from a selected group of major real estate development companies in the world, where 33 cities around the world competed, submitting 169 different projects to win these awards.

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company (ACUD) won , with the gold award as the best integrated city through participation in a project entitled The New Administrative Capital, a smart, green, sustainable city, and the gold award for excellence in the classification of the best sustainable planning and management methods, and the silver award, for the best project with participation in a project entitled The Government District in the New Administrative Capital, a project Smart, green, sustainable, and the silver award for the best project that applies modern technological solutions. Engineer Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development, expressed his happiness at the company winning these awards, saying, “The victory of the New Administrative Capital came as a result of the support The political leadership, and the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to create a green, sustainable, and smart city.”
