A man has plunged up to 50ft inside Trump Tower in NYC in front of shocked visitors eating lunch in the foot court.
The man fell from one floor to the next floor inside the atrium, which is open to the public, on Thursday afternoon, the NY Fire Department said.
The man was said to be acting strangely before suddenly plunging off a balcony. It was unclear whether he jumped or accidentally fell.

He was found unconscious with serious injuries and rushed to NY Presbyterian-Cornell, the FDNY said.
Police are investigating at the scene, but it was not believed to be a criminal matter or have anything to do with former president Donald Trump.
The man fell hours after Trump Tower in Chicago was vandalized in an unrelated event by rocks being thrown at its windows.
