Foreign Minister: The political leadership is keen to provide the utmost care to Egyptians abroad

Badr Abdel-Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, during his visit to Brussels, met with representatives of the Egyptian community in Belgium and Luxembourg on Sunday, January 19, 2025, within the framework of the periodic meetings held by Minister Abdel-Aty during his foreign tours, in the context of ensuring direct communication with members of the community and learning about their conditions.
Minister Abdel Aty affirmed his pride in the members of the Egyptian community In Belgium and Luxembourg and their role in strengthening the ties of friendship between Egypt and the two countries, expressing his appreciation for the role played by members of the community at the societal level.
Minister Abdel Aty stressed the political leadership’s keenness to Giving Egyptian citizens abroad the utmost care and providing all consular services and support to Egyptian communities in various countries of the world and linking them to their homeland, reviewing the various national initiatives that aim to meet the requirements of Egyptians abroad. Including the “Automotive Initiative” And the “Conscription Situation Settlement Initiative” And "I speak Arabic" And the “House of the Homeland” project.
As Dr. pointed out. Abdel Aty stressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ keenness to improve the consular services provided in all Egyptian diplomatic missions abroad, reviewing the measures taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to shift towards the digitization of consular services to facilitate Egyptian citizens.
