The lecture dealt with the components of the system of government, in the Constitution of 1971 and in the Constitution of 2014, which is the authority The legislative authority and its two components, the executive authority and its three components The judicial authority and its two components, the Constitutional Court and its various roles.
Also The lecture discussed the judicial bodies and their jurisdictions in state/administrative prosecution cases, and they are: Lawyers, judicial experts, forensic experts, technical members of the Real Estate Registry, the army, the armed forces The National Defense Council, the Military Judiciary (as a judicial body).
Ismat explained the role and components of the National Security Council, the police, the Ministry of Interior and its agencies, and the Supreme Police Council.
He also explained during the lecture the differences. Between the National Elections Authority, the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, the National Press Authority, and the National Media Authority.
He concluded by clarifying the role of the national councils, the four regulatory bodies, stressing that the local councils are an elected part of the executive authority. It exercises the primary self-monitoring of the executive authority over itself, and each council within the limits of its administrative unit is a district, a village council, a center, or a governorate. As for the House of Representatives, it exercises its supervisory role later and at the level of the entire country.
