Dr. Hassan Mohamed Eid, member of the branch – teacher of comparative jurisprudence in Tanta Sharia, said,  ; The heavenly laws looked at women fairly, and placed women in their appropriate position in terms of their relationship with men and human society as a whole, thus preserving for them their human dignity and life rights. Islam required their right to worship, own property, and dispose of within the legal limits, and to learn and teach, and other things by which they are equal.
